We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Bentonville, AR. Due to our fantastic reputation for providing the best chiropractic care in northwestern Arkansas, our practice continues to grow, and we are looking for dynamic DC to join our team! Ideally, we are looking for a subluxation-based Chiropractor who enjoys helping others reach for and achieve their health and wellness goals and is passionate about the many benefits that continued chiropractic care brings.

We have a dedicated team consisting of chiropractors, chiropractic assistants, and amazing support staff that help us deliver the highest level of care. We put a huge emphasis on patient education in our office, focusing on the many benefits of continued chiropractic care.
Duties:
• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Mark and Review x-rays
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Connect with patients and help them commit to care
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Make treatment care plan recommendations
• Patient education as to diagnosis, care plan recommendation, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications and nutritional counseling, take-home stretches and exercises, benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments TRT and Webster, rehab and various muscle therapies and modalities
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
• Oversight of chiropractic assistants
• Work cooperatively with team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
• Occasional screening events and educational workshops
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited DC (Doctor of Chiropractic) program required
• Chiropractic license in AR
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn TRT and Webster
Schedule:
• Monday 8:30-6:30 with lunch break, Tues 12:00-6:30, Wed 9:00-5:30 with lunch break, Thurs 9:00-7:00 with lunch training, Friday 9:00-1:00 or earlier if work is complete
Salary (range):
• $70k-90k
